The future,
what is to come,
or is it?
Is there really such a thing as the future?
How can we name something in which we know nothing about?
What if we don’t have a future?
whom are we to talk about our future that may not happen?
Why don’t we focus on the present?
For it is a gift we have received.
So why must we focus on what is to come?
When I think of the future i think of a deep black hole,
one that has an end eventually,
and i just keep hoping,
that the bottom of that pit is far.
what is the future,
if it is anything at all.
